ZECBIT UPDATE 🛡️ We’re expanding the team and bringing in more people to help grow ZecBit across product, community and ecosystem. A lot is being built behind the scenes. Holding a ZecBit isn’t just holding an NFT, it’s holding a piece of the infrastructure and ecosystem we’re building around zcash:native. OFFERS ARE LIVE AGAIN We’ve rebuilt the offer flow from the ground up. → every offer is now backed by real ZEC sent and reserved for that offer → double payments are prevented → once the wallet broadcasts the transaction, the offer automatically moves to Pending → block confirmations are tracked live directly in the marketplace → once confirmed, the offer becomes active → if you cancel an offer, the reserved funds are automatically returned to your wallet → the returned amount may be slightly lower because of the Zcash network fee So every offer you see is backed by actual funds, with the full transaction state visible from start to finish. ZECBIT MARKETPLACE v2 UPDATE 🛡 Marketplace v2 is our biggest product upgrade since launch. > NEW IN v2 Completely redesigned UI across collections, items and holder profiles. Cleaner navigation, improved trait + rarity discovery, better social previews, stronger public pages and a much more polished marketplace experience overall. > CORE IMPROVEMENTS Since launch, we’ve also rebuilt key parts of the trading flow based on real usage: Reservations only begin once a transaction is sent. Purchase races are handled automatically, with the NFT going to the first completed purchase and the other payment refunded. Floor price now reflects NFTs that are actually available to buy. Listing, payment and reservation states are much clearer across the marketplace. v2 brings everything we’ve learned and shipped into one stronger product built for scale. > WHAT’S NEXT This is much closer to the infrastructure we had in mind from day one. And now that the core experience is in a much stronger place, the next chapter is starting to make a lot more sense. More soon.

ZECBIT REFUND & SUPPORT UPDATE WHY SOME CASES TAKE LONGER zcash:native is privacy-first. A large part of transaction data can be shielded, so unlike Solana or most EVM chains, we can’t instantly match every payment to a user through a public explorer. Older cases have to be checked individually using the wallet + txid. REFUNDS Most marketplace refunds have already been completed. The remaining older cases are being processed continuously, while new failed marketplace purchases are now refunded automatically within around one hour. We’re also reviewing verified GTD cases and preparing the corresponding airdrops. SECURITY As refunds became more visible, scam attempts increased as well, including fake support pages and fraudulent claims. Because of this, every wallet, transaction and claim now goes through stricter verification before any funds or NFTs are sent. SUPPORT We’ve also seen private support conversations being shared publicly. To protect both users and the team, cases where private correspondence is published may no longer be handled through DMs. We’re still committed to resolving legitimate issues, but private support needs to remain private. CURRENT STATUS Marketplace is running, refunds are moving, community cases are being resolved, and the next major ZecBit update is already in development. We keep improving the infrastructure and moving forward.

ZECBIT MARKETPLACE v1.3 UPDATE🛡️ RESERVATION ISSUE FIXED. MARKETPLACE RUNNING SMOOTH AGAIN. WHAT CHANGED We’ve upgraded the reservation and payment flow across the marketplace. An NFT is now reserved only after the transaction is actually sent, making the buying process faster, cleaner and much harder to abuse. PURCHASE RACE If two users try to buy the same NFT at the same time, it goes to whoever completes the purchase first. The other payment will be automatically refunded within an hour. CURRENT STATUS The update is live, transactions are processing normally, and the marketplace is fully operational again. Real trading volume keeps showing us where to improve, and with every update ZecBit gets stronger, step by step.
