The critical error is in Section 3. I used onchain Metaplex burn transactions as a proxy for physical withdrawals and reported that only 75 wallets redeemed cards out of ~6,000 depositors. CC's team has provided numbers publicly that show this methodology significantly undercounted actual withdrawal activity. This is my fault. I should have reached out to the CC team before publishing. I owe them an apology and a full correction, and both are coming after our meeting next week.
