GM CT Apparently i have an 8 AM class this morning but i'll share a lil thing with y'all before i go Joining a server makes you part of the community, be it telegram or discord but there are actually 3 completely different people sitting in that server: + Holders They buy the token and wait for the price to pump in order for them to sell and dump the token + Users They actually use the product. They complain, suggest features, and stick around longer than holders do + Contributors: They onboard newcomers, create content, defend the project in other people's DMs, and build culture. These are your 1%. A lot of CMs treat all 3 the same way, Same announcements, same channels. Same rewards etc then founders wonder why engagement is dead 6 weeks after launch The fix isn't more members, It's knowing which group you're actually talking to and building differently for each one + Make a role for active contributors + Create a channel seen and accessible only by them in that same server + Reward their effort accordingly A community of 500 contributors will outlast a discord of 50,000 holders every single time Note: As an excellent CM, all members are important
