Added a Base privacy-pool subgraph on The Graph, verified against on-chain roots, plus a fail-closed pool-state MCP/CLI check before privacy payments. Integrated World AgentKit for AgentBook identity, per-human free calls, persistent bounded replay protection, feature flags, and 15 tests. Hardened mainnet safety with a production-safe registry guard and Base RPC-compatible 2,000-block log scans.
