Blockchains were meant to audit the ledger. Somewhere along the way, that turned into auditing you. The chain needs to know a transaction is valid. It never needed your balance, your salary date, or the list of everyone you pay. Veilnyx keeps the part that was needed. Zero-knowledge proofs still verify every transaction, and a private account on your existing address keeps everything else hidden by default. Tokenized stocks on a public ledger without a private layer is a surveillance product, not a market. Institutions need: • settlement that verifies • positions that stay confidential • disclosure only when the law actually requires it Compliant privacy is how RWAs leave the demo stage.
