When you long a Charizard on Parquet, you're trading the price, not the cardboard. A PSA10 Charizard market tracks the PSA10 floor as a whole. No card ships, no grading event touches your position, and the perp settles in USDC with no physical leg, so cardboard never enters the contract. Raw, Sealed and PSA10 are separate markets wtih separate fees. As a trader, you choose the grade tier you want and trade its price. Grade outcome is only something you can opt into (by trading the raw lane) or out of (by trading the slab line), not something that can ambush you. The mark is a median of independent sources, no single quote, so no single weird listing or single bad grade can manipulate the price. Only a real move in the aggregate market will move your position. The true risk is the same as any other perp.
