@happyhour_base
Happy Hour is a Base-native consumer app offering hourly USDC raffles with gamified mechanics like 'Happy Boxes' and 'Raids'. The project launched their $HH token (CA: 0x8235edf32a1e10bd1867ad622915ab613664cba3) as the native currency, claiming 40% cheaper fees vs USDC. Despite being live on mainnet with working functionality, the extremely low follower count (382), recent account creation (May 2025), and heavy emphasis on USDC prize distribution raise concerns about sustainability and potential gambling app risks.

Green flags: Live working product on Base mainnet with hourly raffle mechanics · Integrated native token $HH with functional utility (40% fee discount) · Active user engagement with leaderboards and Season 1 rewards distribution · Genuine early-stage footprint (382 followers, <2 months old account)
Red flags: Gambling/raffle mechanics with USDC prizes could face regulatory scrutiny · Extremely low organic reach (32 avg engagement) despite 'live' product claims · Heavy reliance on prize giveaways and contests for user acquisition · Anonymous team with no visible founder/builder information · Token integration feels rushed (went from USDC-only to $HH primary within weeks)
