Earlier today, a user suffered the loss of one NFT. Our monitoring partner Blockaid flagged the issue. We contained it within the hour. The impact is limited to CryptoPunk 5032. No other items or users are exposed. The issue originated in a peripheral contract and was triggered by a combination of approvals and factors. The core lending protocol, where collateral is custodied, was not affected at any point. Lending activity continues to function as normal and is unaffected. We are in direct contact with the user, who will be fully compensated. Security has always been a core focus for Gondi. We internally use AI security tooling, all of our contracts underwent external audits by top-tier firms, and we maintain active monitoring through Blockaid.
