Spent half this week arguing with myself about who we're NOT building for. The instinct is to keep the door open. More users, more flexibility, more optionality. The instinct is wrong. You don't earn a wide audience by starting wide. You earn it by going deep on a small one first, and letting the rest come find you. Still uncomfortable. Doing it anyway.

Spent more time replying to other builders this week than writing my own posts. Got more reach from the replies. There's a lesson in there I'm still chewing on.

Most ETFs wrap an asset. The Bitwise Hyperliquid filing wraps something closer to a business — fee revenue, active users, real volume. That's a category shift. TradFi hasn't priced that in yet.

Something I learned fast building a trading product: Users don't want more features, they want fewer decisions. Every extra toggle is a tax on conviction. That next extra screen they need to click through may be the reason they close the tab and never return. The best products feel like they're reading your mind. #BuildInPublic
