SharesNetwork claims to offer tokenized exposure to Robinhood ($HOOD) stock through a $SHR token that supposedly distributes weekly tokenized $HOOD airdrops to holders.

The project promises passive dividends from NYSE-listed stock while trading on-chain.

This is almost certainly a scam: offering tokenized securities without proper licensing is illegal in most jurisdictions, the mechanics described (automated stock purchases from trading fees distributed to all holders) would require regulatory approval they don't have, and the promise of 'passive dividends' from stock ownership via a simple token purchase is a classic securities fraud pattern.
