Many Base developers hold a significant portion of their project’s supply. At some point, they may need to sell tokens to fund development, marketing, audits, partnerships, or simply realize some of the value they’ve helped create. The problem is that selling on a DEX often creates sell pressure and can push the price down against their own community. Paragon provides another option. Instead of selling directly into liquidity pools, developers or token holders can create OTC listings and sell directly to interested buyers through on-chain escrow. The buyer receives the tokens. The developer receives ETH. The trade doesn’t have to be executed through public liquidity.
