@Bloqusoficial
Bloqus positions itself as a real estate tokenization platform with a $BQUS token (deployed on BSC) and recently launched $BLOQUITO meme token on Solana. The project is ~2 years old with minimal following (952 followers) and claims to have renounced contract ownership, achieving decentralization. However, red flags include extremely low engagement despite years of operation, mixing serious RWA claims with meme token launches, vague product details, and no visible working platform despite being post-mainnet.

Green flags: Claims contract audit from third-party firm · Multi-year operational history (since Aug 2023) · Contract renounced per Feb 2026 tweet
Red flags: Extremely low engagement (avg 13) after 2+ years — suspicious for legitimate RWA project · No visible working product or real estate tokenization platform despite mainnet claims · Mixing serious RWA narrative with meme token ($BLOQUITO) — credibility concern · Vague messaging with religious undertones ('vision given by grace') — unprofessional · No team transparency beyond CEO mention, no verifiable real estate partnerships
