I’ve been shocked to see no such serious application of AI thus far

I want an audiobook app, like Libby or audible. But I should be able to load pdfs, epubs, etc for literature which does not have a pre-recorded audiobook. App uses AI to create the audio format and offer playback as if it were a simple normal audiobook. Doing this myself is a time sink, would be willing to pay a subscription for a product which does this cleanly.
